Born in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, the Les Jamelles project rests on a simple conviction: let the grape variety speak. Built on a rigorous selection of grapes from partner growers on the terroirs of the IGP Pays d'Oc, the house offers its cuvées as single varietals and carefully crafted blends. The clay-limestone soils and garrigue swept by the tramontane give the wines a sunny, precise identity. This Discovery Set brings together 12 emblematic cuvées (whites, rosé and reds) for a complete tour of the aromatic world of Les Jamelles.

From the Chardonnay with its notes of golden citrus and ripe apple to the generous, floral, apricot-scented Viognier, the whites follow one another with immediate aromatic expression. The Reflets Secrets rosé brings delicate, fruity freshness, with notes of strawberry and white peach. The reds then unfold the full range of southern grapes: peppery, fruity Syrah, fleshy Mourvèdre with hints of garrigue, velvety Merlot, silky Pinot Noir and the GSM blend with its sunny, spicy accents, each revealing a facet of the Languedoc terroir.

This set is an invitation to taste gradually, over several evenings. Serve the whites and the rosé between 8 and 10 °C as an aperitif or with summer grills, and bring the reds up to 16-18 °C to go with slow-cooked meats, tagines or boards of aged cheeses.
