What our customers say about Les Vins de Carole

At Les Vins de Carole, every bottle is chosen with care, directly from winemakers we have known and respected for more than 10 years. But the finest compliment does not come from us: it comes from you.

On this page, you will find genuine reviews from real wine lovers, collected after each delivery via Judge.me, a verified review platform. Positive or constructive, we publish them all, without any changes. Transparency has been part of our DNA since we started out in 2013.

Verified reviews, not filtered ones

All reviews come from customers who have actually ordered from our shop. No review is ever deleted or edited: we display every single piece of feedback, because we believe trust is built over time. Each comment, whether enthusiastic or demanding, helps us improve and refine our selection.

Why read the reviews before you order?

Our customers share their experience of the quality of the wines they received, delivery times and the care taken with delivery, as well as our personalised advice. Their feedback will help you choose with confidence, whether for an everyday wine, an important dinner or an original gift.

Your review really counts

Have you recently received an order? Your review directly helps other wine lovers make their choice, and as a thank you, we will give you a 5% discount code for your next order as soon as your review is published.

Thank you for your trust and your valuable feedback.
