Les Vins de Carole delivers safely throughout France, Europe, and internationally. Whether you're ordering a single bottle or building a complete wine cellar, we offer logistics solutions tailored to your needs and destination.

📦 Delivery in France

  • Chronopost collection point (1 to 12 bottles) : €10 incl. VAT - A practical and quick solution to collect your order near you.
  • Home delivery by Chronopost (1 to 12 bottles) : €12 incl. VAT - To receive your wines directly at home in 24 to 48 hours.
  • Home delivery by UPS (13 to 41 bottles) : Ideal for larger orders, with a reliable and secure service.
  • Delivery on pallet by Geodis (from 42 bottles) : Optimal transport for large quantities, especially orders for events or catering.

🌍 Delivery in Europe (to your home via UPS)

We deliver your wines to your home in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 3 and 7 working days.

All our shipments are carefully packaged in reinforced boxes, specially designed for transporting wine. Each package is insured, and a tracking number is provided to you as soon as it is shipped.

We make every effort to ensure your bottles arrive intact, as quickly as possible.

🍇 Some clever tips for when you receive your wines

  • Inspect the boxes: If one looks like it's been over-celebrated on the trip 🍾 or the tape is damaged, take a clear photo that also shows the shipping label.
  • Count the bottles: If a bottle seems to be missing, photograph the carton as delivered, still closed.
  • Check your wines: A surprising color or an unexpected vintage? Don't panic: send us a photo of the label and we'll check it together.
  • In case of breakage: Take a clear photo of the package and the broken bottles, with the shipping label visible. This will allow us to file a claim quickly.
  • Keep the original packaging: It may be useful in case of an exchange or compensation procedure.
  • Contact us: Send your photos and comments to contact@lesvinsdecarole.com . We'll reply faster than a sommelier uncorking a bottle!
