Les Vins de Carole delivers your wines safely across France, Europe and the rest of the world. Whether you are ordering a single bottle or stocking an entire cellar, we offer shipping solutions tailored to your needs and your destination.

📦 Delivery in France

  • Chronopost pickup point (1 to 12 bottles): €10 incl. VAT , a practical and quick way to collect your order close to home.
  • Home delivery by Chronopost (1 to 12 bottles): €12 incl. VAT, to receive your wines directly at your door within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Home delivery by UPS (13 to 41 bottles): ideal for larger orders, with a reliable and secure service.
  • Pallet delivery by Geodis (from 42 bottles): the best transport option for large quantities, particularly orders for events or restaurants.
  • Free delivery on orders of over €300 worth of wine (incl. VAT)!

🌍 Delivery in Europe (to your home by UPS)

We deliver your wines to your home in the following countries:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 3 and 8 working days.

We also deliver to your home in other countries, using specialist carriers. These shipments are subject to a personalised quote based on volume, destination and customs formalities.

United Kingdom: home delivery by UPS, €55 for 1 to 6 bottles, €70 for 7 to 12, €85 for 13 to 18 and €100 for 19 to 24; duties and taxes are payable on delivery. For more than 24 bottles, quote on request.

All our shipments are carefully packed in reinforced boxes specially designed for transporting wine. Every parcel is insured, and you receive a tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched.

We do everything we can to make sure your bottles arrive intact and as quickly as possible.

🍇 A few handy tips for when your wines arrive

  • Inspect the boxes: if one looks as though it celebrated the journey a little too hard 🍾 or the tape is damaged, take a clear photo that also shows the shipping label.
  • Count the bottles: if a bottle seems to be missing, photograph the box exactly as it was delivered, still sealed.
  • Check your wines: a surprising colour or an unexpected vintage? Don't panic: just send a photo of the label and we'll look into it together.
  • In the event of breakage: take a clear photo of the parcel and the broken bottles, with the shipping label visible. This will allow us to file a claim quickly.
  • Keep the original packaging: it may come in handy for an exchange or a compensation claim.
  • Contact us: send your photos and comments to contact@lesvinsdecarole.com. We will reply faster than a sommelier can uncork a bottle!
