For our Côtes-du-Rhône Oraison, I wanted to combine Grenache for its aromas and mellowness, Syrah for its length and power, and Mourvèdre which brings the finesse of its tannins.

Rhône Valley
Located on both sides of the Rhône River, between Vienne, Valence, and Avignon, the Côtes du Rhône appellation is characterized by a remarkable diversity of soils, climates, and grape varieties. For this cuvée, the vineyards were selected from two distinct areas: hillsides sheltered from the Mistral wind at 300 meters altitude in the Drôme, with stony marl soils, and vineyards on the plains of the Gard Provençal, on sandy soils. These complementary terroirs give rise to elegant, harmonious, and powerful wines.
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
The Oraison cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection process carried out by oenologist Sylvain Colson, an expert in Rhône wines. Inspired by the region's rich religious tradition, symbolized by the Popes in the 14th century, this range aims to offer elegant, fruity wines that reflect the typicity of the Rhône terroirs.
The grapes are harvested and then fermented for 15 to 18 days with regular pump-overs and rackings to extract finesse and structure. The Mourvèdre, aged in oak barrels, brings complexity and aromatic subtlety, enhancing the wine's balance.
The Oraison cuvée enjoys considerable recognition for its balance, fruitiness, and power. It is appreciated for its ability to accurately express the Mediterranean character of the Côtes du Rhône.
Oraison is part of the Rhône winemaking tradition with a contemporary signature, intended for lovers in search of authenticity and elegance.
