A fifth-generation winemaker who returned home in 2018 after traveling the world, Jessica Litaud trained under Jean-Marie Guffens and Jean-François Ganevat, leading figures in natural viticulture. She has developed her estate around 2.1 hectares, which she cultivates organically, guided by attention to detail, the authenticity of the terroir, and a handcrafted approach to winemaking.

Production specifics

The vineyard is cultivated without chemical inputs: mechanical weeding, hand-harvesting in 7 kg crates, and respect for the grapes. The bunches are chilled before pressing, then a natural vinification process is carried out with minimal intervention (just a touch of SO₂ at bottling). Aging takes place in old oak barrels to preserve the purity and minerality of the fruit.
