Unit price perLa robe est rubis brillant. Le nez est typique du Pinot Noir : groseille, framboise, notes florales de violette et touche boisée délicate. La bouche est souple et légère, les tanins quasi inexistants, la fraîcheur en avant, la finale fruitée et rafraîchissante. C'est le Pinot Noir qu'on ouvre sans prétexte : apéritif, table improvisée, convivialité sans contrainte.
Apéritif, plats végétariens (risotto aux champignons, pizza), légumes grillés, poulet rôti, plateau charcuteries-fromages. Servir à 17°C, légèrement rafraîchi. À boire dans l'année.

Pinot Noir bio à 9° — et ça marche vraiment. La groseille et la framboise sont là, la violette aussi, et la légèreté en bouche est une vraie réussite. Notre favori du printemps dans la gamme Low Nat : facile, sain, et franchement savoureux.

La bouche prolonge cette légèreté avec élégance : l'attaque citronnée est nerveuse, la texture souple, et une note délicate de bergamote vient signer la finale avec subtilité. Un blanc pensé pour la spontanéité et le plaisir immédiat.

The range quickly expanded far beyond classic grape varieties to include wines made from single-vineyard selections, complex blends, and modern experiments such as orange wine. The approach remains true to a commitment to clarity, authenticity, and deliciousness.
Production specifics
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, sometimes by hand for single-vineyard wines. Each grape variety is vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, using appropriate techniques: gentle maceration, controlled extraction, lees stirring, and aging on fine lees or in barrels, depending on the wine's profile. The estate prides itself on meticulous attention to technical details to respect the fruit and the typicity of the terroir. Yields are moderate, around 45 to 50 hl/ha, ensuring concentration and balance.
