The Organic Selection: the taste of respectful wine

Looking for authentic, healthy, and environmentally friendly wines? The "Organic Selection" collection offers a carefully curated selection of wines made from organically grown grapes. These wines, crafted with respect for nature, sincerely express the richness of their terroirs while preserving the soil, the vines, and the consumer.

Concrete commitments in the vineyard and in the cellar

All the wines in this collection are certified organic by recognized organizations. This means the absence of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, as well as more natural vineyard management. In the cellar, winemaking is minimally interventionist: indigenous yeasts, low doses of sulfur, gentle clarification… The goal is to allow the wine to express itself freely, without masking its origin or vintage.

A range of tastes and terroirs

Our Organic Selection covers a wide range of styles: fruity or structured reds, dry or smooth whites, fresh and airy rosés, and champagnes from committed estates. From the Loire Valley to Languedoc, via Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and Provence, each region brings its own personality and character. These are vibrant, easy-drinking, sometimes surprising, but always authentic wines.

Why choose an organic wine?

To support committed winemakers, to preserve biodiversity, to avoid chemical residues, or simply to enjoy a more expressive and purer wine. Organic farming is a holistic approach, often accompanied by strong convictions. It's also a gateway to biodynamic or natural wines for those who wish to delve even deeper.

Wines to share, for everyday enjoyment or special occasions

The Organic Selection isn't just for connoisseurs. On the contrary, these wines are perfectly suited for everyday meals, aperitifs with friends, or a more gourmet dinner. Some are approachable, others more complex, but all have been chosen for their quality and consistency.

With our "Organic Selection" collection, Les Vins de Carole invites you to combine pleasure, health, and commitment. Choose a vibrant wine with meaning.
