The Rosé de Meunier Brut is this commitment expressed in colour: 100% Meunier, made as a rosé with the precision of a Champagne artisan who knows his vines plot by plot, in the Vallée de la Marne. The bright salmon-pink colour is enlivened by fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens on elegant aromas of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry and cherry, with floral nuances and delicate hints of brioche. With aeration, notes of candied red fruit, citrus zest and rose enrich the aromatic profile. The attack is lively and fresh, supported by a fine structuring tension. The mid-palate reveals a delicate, expressive texture, with a saline, persistent finish marked by the finesse of the fruit. Perfect with salmon tartare with citrus, tuna carpaccio, or simply as an aperitif with fresh cheese on toast. Serve at 8–10 °C.
