Philosophy and History

The estate was founded by Marc Colin in the 1970s, inheriting a vineyard from the Colin and Ponavoy families. Initially, six hectares were cultivated in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne. With his wife Michèle, Marc gradually expanded the vineyard. Today, their children, Caroline and Damien Colin, carry on the family legacy. Deeply rooted in Saint-Aubin, they combine tradition, Burgundian rigor, and a contemporary vision. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with part of the vineyard farmed using integrated pest management (IPM) and the other part undergoing organic conversion.

Production specifics

Soil cultivation is central to their approach, fostering the expression of the terroir and the vitality of the vines. The harvest is done by hand. In the cellar, the white wines are vinified with precision, often aged for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, a measured proportion of which are new (20 to 30%). The red wines benefit from careful destemming, gentle maceration, and refined aging. Each cuvée receives individual attention, with particular focus on indigenous yeasts and aromatic purity.
