Champagne EPC is a Champagne house founded by the Pithois family in Chouilly, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Focused on Chardonnay from the Chouilly Grand Cru but also working with parcels of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, EPC (Ernest Pithois Champagne) practises careful viticulture and precise winemaking. This non-vintage Brut brings together 65% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay: a Meunier-led blend that delivers the immediate fruit and roundness characteristic of this style. 91 James Suckling.
