For our Côtes-du-Rhône Oraison, I wanted to combine Grenache for its aromas and mellowness, Syrah for its length and power, and Mourvèdre which brings the finesse of its tannins.

"Orange wine is a macerated white wine. Although little known, this fourth wine color is ancient and dates back to antiquity: in Georgia, white grapes were already macerated in large buried terracotta jars. Revived in the early 2000s, this winemaking method offers a new tasting experience.
