Each red grape variety offers a unique aromatic profile: Merlot seduces with its fruity notes and roundness, Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with its tannic structure and aging potential, Syrah charms with its aromas of spice and dark fruit, while Pinot Noir reveals finesse and elegance. When and how should you taste a red wine?

Red wines can be enjoyed young for their fruitiness, or after a few years of aging for their complexity. Serve them at a suitable temperature (between 14°C and 18°C depending on the style), in a suitable glass that will promote aeration and the release of aromas. Decanting beforehand can be beneficial for young wines or powerful vintages.
