La bouche est généreuse, les tanins bien fondus, l'ensemble équilibré par une fraîcheur que l'altitude et la culture bio préservent. À boire dans les 2 à 3 ans, idéalement dès maintenant.

Unit price perLe 2021 livre un nez frais et charnu, dominé par un jus de fruit généreux ponctué d'un bel accent de violette et de fleurs blanches — la signature du Grenache sur ce terroir. La bouche est pulpeuse et dense, les tanins fins mais bien présents donnent une assise solide, et l'ensemble restitue un équilibre peu commun pour un vin à ce prix. Carignan donne le fond, Syrah la pointe épicée, Grenache la rondeur et la fleur. Garde assurée sur 3 à 5 ans.
Viandes rouges grillées, tajine d'agneau, tapas et charcuteries ibériques. Servir à 16-17°C. Actuellement en rupture de stock — à surveiller pour le prochain millésime.

Spicy reds: depth and structure
Spicy red wines often come from grape varieties such as Syrah , Grenache , Mourvèdre , Malbec , or Tempranillo . They offer silky tannins, a beautiful structure, and a long finish with aromas of sweet or peppery spices. A signature selection:
- Côte-Rôtie or Saint-Joseph made from Syrah
- Châteauneuf-du-Pape with hints of garrigue and spices
- Ribera del Duero or Rioja Reserva (Spain)
